Run Along the Harbour
Make Postbyen Your Finish Line
If you arrive by car, you can park in Postbyen’s underground car park and set off on the fantastic running route known as the Harbour Circle.
For keen runners, the full route is 13 kilometres, but it can easily be shortened. Along the way, you will pass both green spaces and lively urban surroundings before returning to Postbyen.

Need an Energy Boost?
Café LUQA
Take a break at Café LUQA and enjoy a delicious snack. Find a seat in the square in front of the café, catch your breath and take in the view from its inviting outdoor seating area.

Strengthen Your Triceps
Benches Are for More Than Relaxing
Postbyen’s city park features several sturdy benches that are ideal for bench dips. This effective exercise strengthens your triceps, chest and shoulders.
Place your hands shoulder-width apart on the edge of the bench, move your feet slightly forwards and lower your body in front of the bench. Complete sets of ten repetitions, depending on your fitness level.

Take the Stairs
Steps Are Great for Your Glutes
Postbyen has two wide stairways, both accessible from Bernstorffsgade.
For an extra challenge for your legs and glutes, a few quick trips up and down the stairs are an excellent addition to your running workout.
