The Final Phase 

The future of Postbyen

The next - and for now final - phase of Postbyen has now begun. The project includes two office buildings, non-profit housing, student housing, four penthouse owner-occupied apartments, as well as café and retail spaces . This phase is expected to be completed in the second half of 2029. Once fully realised, Postbyen will stand as a complete and vibrant urban area where homes, shops, cafés and workplaces are closely connected.

Offices

Phase 3 includes, among other things, two office buildings. One is a circular building that continues the architectural language that characterises Postbyen. The building comprises approx. 6,500 m² and is available as a headquarters.
The other office building comprises approx. 5,000 m² and will be connected to one of the residential developments. This building is available as a multi-tenant property.

Non-profit housing

To create a diverse and inclusive district, we are developing nearly 100 affordable homes for families of all sizes. The homes will be located along Carsten Niebuhrs Gade in 10- and 12-storey buildings, with shared facilities on the ground floor.
The homes will be let by their future owner, and the rental process is expected to begin in 2029.

Student housing

In line with Postbyen’s other round towers, two circular buildings will be constructed in this final phase, one of which is a 15-storey residential tower with almost 200 student homes. The ground floor will be designed as one large, connected shared space with different zones for dining, seating, lounge areas and more. Leasing is expected to begin in early 2029.
