Raw concrete and quality materials

All homes are designed with a circular spatial concept that reflects the organic structure of the residential towers. Exposed concrete elements create an urban feel, softened by oak floors and cosy bay windows. All homes have balconies and curtains to soften the abundant daylight, while the bedrooms are fitted with blackout curtains.

The ceiling heights are deliberately higher than in traditional new builds. Combined with floor-to-ceiling sliding doors, this creates the feeling of a home where every detail has been carefully considered. The kitchens are classic white, while the bathrooms are finished in light stone. Overall, Postbyen’s rental homes are in a class of their own — both in terms of their carefully chosen materials and, not least, their exceptional location.
